Refund Policy for On-Demand Course

Thank you for enrolling in this online, on-demand course. Therapist Development Services are committed to providing high-quality educational content and a positive learning experience. Please review this refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. All Sales Final (Digital Product)
Due to the digital nature of our course and immediate access to materials upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you will receive instant access to proprietary content.

2. Refund Eligibility
We may offer a limited refund under the following conditions:

  • You submit a refund request within 14 days of your purchase.

  • You have completed no more than 20% of the course (1st module & part of 2nd module).

  • You can demonstrate that you have made a genuine effort to engage with the course material (completed one module with quiz and summary handout).

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after the specified refund period.

  • A significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed.

  • The course was purchased during a special promotion or sale marked as non-refundable.

  • Dissatisfaction is based on factors outside our control (e.g. lack of time, change of mind).

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email used for purchase

  • A brief explanation of your request

I aim to respond within 7 business days.

5. Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Access Revocation
Upon issuing a refund, your access to the course and all associated materials will be revoked immediately.

7. Policy Updates
I reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published.
